A lively, well-balanced micro-lot from the highlands of TarrazĂș. Naturally processed and sun-dried, it opens with raspberry brightness, gentle florals, and a soft vanilla finish. Ideal for pour-over, drip, and espresso—for those who prefer nuance over weight.
