Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship orders using USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on the destination and the option you choose at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order, the carrier selected, and the delivery address. You’ll always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Processing Time

We roast to order. Most shipments leave our roastery within 1–3 business days. Orders placed close to weekends or holidays may require a little extra time.

Delivery Timeframes

  • USPS Priority Mail: typically 1–3 business days

  • UPS Ground: generally 1–5 business days, depending on distance

These timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from the carrier you selected.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier. While USPS and UPS are responsible for delivery, we’ll do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

Local Delivery (Concord, NC)

Delivery Area & Minimum Order

Free local delivery is available within our designated service area in Concord, North Carolina. A $30 minimum order is required to qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Timing

Local deliveries are typically made once per week. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is scheduled.

Safety & Accessibility

To keep deliveries safe and reliable, all drop‑off locations must be reasonably accessible. If a location presents safety concerns — such as unrestrained dogs, blocked access, or other hazards — we may arrange an alternate delivery spot or free pickup instead. You’re welcome to include access notes at checkout to help us deliver smoothly.

Pickup Option

If your order doesn’t meet the delivery minimum or if delivery isn’t feasible, free pickup is always available. See below for locations and times.

Local Pickup (Free)

We offer free local pickup at two community locations every Saturday:

  • Matthews Community Farmers’ Market

  • Cook Cattle Farm 

You can select your preferred pickup location during checkout. Orders must be picked up during the designated Saturday pickup window. If a pickup is missed, the order will be held for the following week or can be shipped for the applicable carrier rate.
