At Cairn Coffee Roasters, we stand behind the quality of our coffee and the care we put into every order. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we’re unable to accept returns on roasted products. Subscription orders are also non-refundable once processed, but you’re welcome to adjust or cancel future shipments at any time through your account settings.
That said, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to expectations, please reach out to us directly at info@cairncoffeeroasters.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly and personally.
