🔥 Mornin' Flannel – Finca La Unica
Dark Chocolate • Smoke
This French roast from Copan, Honduras brings smoky depth and bittersweet dark chocolate to the fore. Made to pair with milk, sugar, or however you take your cup, Mornin' Flannel is smooth, bold, and endlessly comforting—like pulling on your favorite worn-in layer before a crisp morning brew.
Grown at 1,400 meters by Leticia Lopez Hutchins—a fifth-generation farmer and advocate for women in Honduran coffee—Finca La Unica is tucked beneath the slopes of Mount Tenan. Formerly a cattle farm, it's now home to fifty acres of shade-grown micro-lots and biodiversity. The same Bird Friendly® certified land that gives Freestone its clarity brings a new kind of warmth here.
