Ixlama is a shade-grown, washed coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, near the Mexico border. Grown at over 5000 feet above sea level, Ixlama is the result of rigorous quality control processes. After drying the coffee is computer-sorted by color and then mechanically separated based on density. This careful attention to consistency and quality results in a clean, bright cup of coffee with a delicious balance of tastes.
